Hi folks,
After mentioning the OT list a couple of times lately I've seen several
people attempting to sign up to receive it in e-mail, but using the
wrong address to do so.
The instructions for BOTH lists are to be found at...
http://www.silverlist.org
That address is among the helpful information in the footer at the
bottom of this and every list message.
That said, I'll save y'all the time by saying that, in order to
subscribe to the OT list to get it in e-mail, send your request with
the word "subscribe" in the SUBJECT: field to this address:
silver-off-topic-list-requ...@eskimo.com
Again, for those who just want to dip into it occasionally, you can
look into the archives, the address for which is also in the message
footer. If you're subscribed to *this* list, then you automatically
have posting priveleges on the OT list.
I hope that helps. Please contact me any time you need to do something
with your subscriptions and can't figure it out from the instructions.
