Hi Dan,
Yes, I'm very sorry I have not been able to post info on the new
process. I have been suffering from terrible mold headaches and have
to find the cause and figure out a solution. However, I can tell you
this much:
1. The process is very simple.
2. It can be much faster than regular cs, providing you have
sufficient voltage available and can control it.
3. It can be scaled up to produce industrial quantities. You could
easily make 1,000 litres per hour, if you had a source of dw and a
way to package the resulting solution.
3. It can be produced manually or under computer control.
4. The ion concentration is much higher than previously available.
5. The resulting ion concentration is much more repeatable than
current methods.
6. Unlike conventional methods that are sensitive to the shape of
the electrodes, the new method is insensitive to sharp corners.
7. There is little or no oxide production.
8. Most cs generators in use can be upgraded to use the new
process at little or no cost.
9. It is not compatible with polarity switching.
10. It is not compatible with any methods that use AC.
I hope to be able to do some work tonight on it, and with luck post
some info in the next few days. Unfortunately, the headaches are a
show-stopper and I cannot make any promises. But this is my highest
priority right now.
Best Wishes,
Mike Monett
