I am not convinced. I use filtered ionized water to drink.  Unlike
distilled water it is alkaline, which should help prevent me from
becoming acidic, and contains a good bit of calcium, which I depend on
for strong bones.

But I do think it is certainly better than tap water with chlorine and
fluorine and other garbage in it.
