Isn't this the same substance in soap? What kind of soap would you recommend? I have a thyroid conditon too and just ordered..Rejuvedine Detoxified Iodine.., V ..I do have sea salt, would you mix it with anything, peroxide? Or just water...I do have some recession in the gum's too back by my molar's. This info is so great people I am so pleased...thank you....Debbie
