Yes. simply use a filter. Cheesecloth works well and you can add as many layers as you have patience for.. You can use a metal prefer plastic filter and a large funnel. Suggest then bottling using a plastic water bottle. Fill to the brim, and give a squeeze to remove all the air and then cap.
