This is a problem with many sites, color, text size, you name it. I set
my browser to the largest size, but that does not help in many cases.

When I find a site important enough that I really want to read it, here is
what I do to solve the problem.
Simply copy and past the document into word. Or you can in some cases, do
a "save as" and make it text, word, or html.
After getting the document into word, simply format to make it any font you
like, and any point size that pleases the eyes.
It is a bit of a pain, but this works for me. If I go to this much
trouble, I usually keep the file and add it to my collection.
