I'm interested in this. I have a sister who is on Soc.Sec.Disability with Medicaid, etc. She will be getting a substantial insurance settlement from an automobile accident, and I doubt seriously that she knows anything about a Special Needs Trust. Nor do I. Can you elaborate? Are they available in all states? MA
