Yes, they are available all over. Type in "Special Needs Trusts" on your
searcher and you can find a lot of info. You do need a lawyer to set it
up. My fee here in Utah will be $1,350, as he has to go to court to get
mine, since I`m the disabled parent needing one, usually it is a child
getting one from a parent. I don`t know about one from a settlement.
