As I said, the best way to get Mannose is by taking two-three tablespoons of 
Xylitol a day It is sweet and has very los glycemic value. If you can't take 
Xylitol, you can get Mannose in many sites in the web. Is a sugar with a higher 
glycemic value and will affect your blood sugar levels in a  somewhat greater 
degree than Xylitol.
Sodium ascorbate is gentler in the stomach than ascobic acid and it'll not 
acidify your tissues as the acid does.
You need to take a slightly greater amount of the ascorbate to equate the 
ascorbic but it is worth it. However, for some unknown reason, the ascorbate is 
not as effective for the immune system as the ascorbic is.
