IF she was that way with everyone then I might agree but with her doing this only to the mother I would suggest that the mother is perhaps letting out signals that she will not object much to being treated that way.
I suggest some remedies for the mother to help her be stronger. Bush flower combination remedy called relationship might be just right for her as it encourages positive energy towards oneself.
