That's not a bad price, at $4 a bottle. It wholesales at about 60 cents per.

If you are concerned about bringing it across the border, or through customs, simply leave it in its original packaging, and simply say it's for purifying water on camping and boat trips. That's what the packaging says it's made for, and that's how it's used in Mexico.
