I don't have too many answers here, but a couple of thoughts...

I have been put on coumadin (warfarin) and am looking for ways to wean off of
it. I have heard that Nattokinaise might work.
Have also been told not to ear ANY leafy green veggies (they contain vit K) no
Vit E no Vit C no Ginko Biloba. These have been staples for me for many years.

The reason they tell you that is these things (among a lot of other things) can
interact with the warfarin. Some have blood-thinning properties of their own,
which can greatly compound the blood-thinning effect of the warfarin and make
clotting very difficult. Some things which are rich in vitamin K, for example,
which promotes blood clotting, would negate the anti-clotting effect of the
warfarin, rendering it ineffective.

Reason for warfarin is fibrilations. any suggestions or links would be
appreciated. Also could this be caused by virus or pathogens of some kind. If
so how much EIS would be effective..??

There are a variety of causes for fibrillation. Sometimes it's caused by
imbalances in minerals, which can be addressed by diet and supplements of
vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium, for example. Sometimes it's because
there is a problem with the nerve conduction pathways, the nerves are
misfiring... in some cases this can be severe enough that an
electrophysiologist must 'ablate', or wipe out, the aberrant nerve pathway that
is causing it.

The warfarin, of course, does nothing to correct the fibrillations. When the
atrium fibrillates, blood doesn't flow smoothly through the heart, and clots
can form within the heart from the turbulent mixed-up blood flow. If these
escape into the body they can cause stroke or death, even. So mainstream
medicine uses anticoagulation with warfarin (Coumadin) to decrease the blood's
clotting ability, which in turn decreases the likelihood of clot formation.

There are other ways to achieve a blood-thinning effect, such as using fish
oils... you could do research on natural anticoagulants or natural
blood-thinners.
