Good Morning,
I would like to offer a personal experience. Last year I began having some
fairly dramatic heart palpatations/arhythmias that were especially
troublesome in the early evenings.
One person told me that zinc supplements helped this for her and
helped eliminate prescription drugs.
The question I have relates to nattokinase. As a single product called
Nattozime, it is relatively inexpensive.
The more complex enzyme product, Rutozyme, it is more costly, with a months
supply costing near $ 30.00.
Does anyone know of the optimum amount of this material, nattokinase?
The study of heparin, normally thought of as a drug, but actually
manufactured by the body, is very interesting.
Seems the life of heparin is relatively short. This must mean the body is
continually making heparin. A google search will turn up many articles.
There seems to be no simple answer to proper blood viscosity. All doctors
are either brainwashed or spooked.
They all recommend a blood thinner.
Due to recent heart valve problems, I have observed that the heart is very
sensitive to a continuous supply of the proper minerals, amino acids,
enzymes, and vitamins.
Eating decent food at proper and shorter intervals seems to be essential as
well.
Any comments or references along these lines would be appreciated.
Does anyone know of a list devoted to the heart and nutrients for the heart?
I have used the Dr. Christopher Hawthorn berry syrup, and a custom made
product that is likely better that the commercially available
product. Hawthorn berry capsules are used in addition.
After 5 months of devoted use of nutrients and minerals, most of the
symptoms of the heart valve abnormality have virtually disappeared. This
of course does not mean that a total repair has been implemented.
My only option is to continue to study and work hard at learning more about
this subject.
