I'd like to hear what you think of the colloidal mineral salts from the
Himalayas described on this site. (Sole pronounced so-lay)

etc - quite a few pages
There are pictures comparing the fine crystals of these salts, common table
salt, and sea salt.
The list of ingredients says:
Contains 84 "natural" elements needed by the body: hydrogen, lithium,
beryllium, boron, carbon,, nitrogen, oxygen, flouride, sodium, magnesium,
aluminum, silicum, phosphorus, sulphur, chloride, calcium, scandium,
titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc,
gallium, germanium, arsenic, selenium, bromine, rubidium, strontium,
yttrium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium,
silver, cadmium, indium, tin, antimony, tellurium, iodine, cesium, barium,
lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium,
dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium, hafnium,
tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium, iridium, platinum, gold, mercury,
thallium, lead, bismuth. polonium, astatine, francium, radium, actinium,
thorium, protactinium, uranium,neptunium and plutonium.
Helium, argon, neon, krypton, xenon, radon, technrtium, and promethium could
not be included in this specific test analysis. In order to trace these
elements, one needs an extremely sophisticated and costly analysis.
It seems very practical to me to get the dry salts rather than a liquid.
You make a saline solution with them, then add a teaspoonful to water.
I found it while doing a search on "dissolve calcium deposits body" and yes,
it has information on that.
It makes the point that these salts have been formed under pressure and are
mined by hand to preserve the environment, with no child labour used. This
would seem to me to have protected them. I have been wondering whether Dead
Sea Salts would be okay to take internally, but was concerned about
contamination from civilization.
Look forward to your comments!

Some Quotes:
This natural crystal salt has been exposed for millions of years to enormous
pressure. This pressure was the cause of the formation of this crystal salt.
The higher the compression, the more perfect the crystalline structure, with
its inherent information/energy becomes, and these rock crystals have the
most perfect geometric structure found. Crystal salt floats in transparent,
whitish, pinkish or reddish shiny veins in the salt mountain and
crystallizes in areas where sufficient pressure was available to form this
perfect crystalline structure . The more geometrically perfect the cube
shaped crystal is, the higher is the information content, similar to a
diamond. In this crystal salt, the elements are available in such tiny
particles that they can be easily absorbed by the human cells and
metabolized. Crystal salt, in its perfect form, from a geological viewpoint,
is also called halite. In former days, crystal salt was also called "king
salt" because it was reserved for Royalty. The common citizen only got rock
salt.
Only under considerable pressure are the elements brought into specific
particle size, so as to transcend to an ional or colloidal state. This is
important because our cells can only absorb what is available organically or
ionic-colloidal. Therefore, we cannot absorb minerals from mineral water
because they're not refined enough to penetrate our cell walls. And what
doesn't get into our cells cannot be metabolized.

The regular table salt shows no vibrant crystalline structure but
exclusively dead crystals. As a food, it's absolutely useless, if not a
destructive poison. (This is why doctors tell us to use less salt in our
diets). The photo at right is normal table salt (sodium chloride) at 50x
magnificaiton.
Sea salt falls between the two. It displays structure, however, the crystals
are isolated from their important, vital elements. Therefore, an
ional-colloidal assimilation of the elements cannot be guaranteed
The sole is an excellent product for balancing the ph factor of your body.
With brine water one can also get rid of heavy metals such as lead, mercury,
arsenic, amalgam and calcium because the crystal salt is able to break up
their molecular structures. A simple example can help you to understand this
concept. Put some 26% sole solution in your teapot that has hard water or
calcium build up. Heat it briefly and you can watch how the calcium
dissolves in the brine. This process is a simple chemical reaction. You can
treat your body to a similar therapy in order to get rid of the calcium
build up and the heavy metal deposits in your body. For the body to get rid
of these deposits it has to first metabolize them. Even animal proteins,
which are difficult to break down and eliminate, will be eliminated through
the urine due to the strong structural formation of the crystal salt.
