Subject: CS>Mixing CS and "regular water"
I have a question. We go through about 15 gallons of water a week and we
dispense it through a 5 gallon water bottle tipped upside down into a crock.
Every month or so we clean the crock and the 3 5-gallon water bottles with
small amounts of chlorine mixed with water to keep them clean.
If I poured in a batch or two of CS water every time I used a new 5 gallon
water bottle would the CS water mix with impurities in the other water and
form "bad" stuff?
Or, would the CS help keep the water dispenser clean and purified.
Also, would this be a good way to get some CS into everyone (even though it
would be really diluted)?
Thanks in advance for what sound to me like some really "newbie" questions.
Blessings,

Lea Ann,
Did you know that chlorine is one of the most toxic substances you can
ingest? It's also not so great because it can combine with other substances
and create new, dangerous chemicals. (I can't say which ones right now; I'll
leave that to the chemists on this list.)
I would think that the CS would keep the water dispenser clean and purified,
and you'd have no need of anything else. That's what's so great about CS.
If you want something else to purify your water containers, you might try
liquid iodine. This is used by travelers in less developed countries that
don't have great water. Several drops to a liter should do it.
Best wishes,
Nenah
