I would think that the CS would keep the water dispenser clean and purified, and you'd have no need of anything else. That's what's so great about CS. If you want something else to purify your water containers, you might try liquid iodine. Rowena says: Would hydrogen peroxide be another possibility? I have read that it is safer to use in house cleaning than bleach. As we can add it to our CS, maybe using it in the dispensing crock would be another beneficial thing.
