Try calcium citrate. Calcium lactate is also used in my practise to pull a client's pH down from overly-alkaline to balanced (6.4-6.6). This usually also resolves constipation. I have seen clients with 7.6-8.0 saliva and urine pH use large quantities of lactate and drop their pH into 6.0-5.5, which is very acid. Using gelatin as a calcium source is ok, but it doesn't give you much calcium unless you ingest a lot of it. But it doesn't hurt. It's kind of like drinking non-fat milk to get calcium gluconate, another neutral, weak calcium. Unless you drink a lot of milk (non-homogenized), it's hard to get all your calcium need filled with milk. Terry Chamberlin __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
