The color's shade is a product of the particle size, the density of the color is a product of the size and the concentration. When particles are sufficiently small, then the absorbed spectrum is in the uv, so it will appear clear to humans. As you increase CS concentration, then the particle size increases. So it can be used as a crude measure of concentration for any consistant method of manufacture. For low concentrations, like 5 to 10 ppm, it would be best to be clear. For higher concentrations, such as above 20 ppm, it becomes increasingly difficult to make it clear, and a light yellow or gold is still very good. > I really need to learn a lot more about CS. No reported case of argyria has EVER been reported from taking colloidal silver of any concentration. Argyria has been reported from taking silver salts, such as silver nitrate and silver citrate, as well as mild silver protein. I firmly believe that properly made colloidal silver not only does not cause argyria, but is an actual prophylactic against it. > Please, help me out with what is true and what is false. I use to sell it, but never could sell enough to make it worthwhile. I now recommend people to make their own. Both the SG6 and silver puppy units are reported to be very good.
