I would not generalize too starkly. There are really good, well meaning
dentists around.
It is those with a weak oath to Hipocrates who throw dirt on the market.
Money is all to them, and they get many youngsters with these things in
their mouths without real necessity.
I said it before, and I say it again: As a parent, use your common sense,
and don't be the un-emancipated, dependent laymen they want you to be.

individual, there is some danger in following "style" as well, only some
getting the cream. I for example would not want my children, or my pupils to
go for piercing.
