One of the ways to distinguish natural from synthetic
is how much is put in a tablet.
Synthetic Vitamins are chemicals, and don't need much
space. Any kind of One-a-day supplements are
synthetic. (Unless it's one item, like zinc.)
It's the supplements that recommend you take 2-6 with
each meal that are food-source.
Having the word, *Natural* means nothing. Since there
are no laws governing the use of that word, it can be
used freely. Or if 1% of the supplement is from a food
source, that 1% is *Natural*.
It needs to declare on the label that it is obtained
from food sources.
