Excellent point. There is some thinking that cancer is a natural occurrence gone wild and that it is not if we will al get cancer but when. If something does not get you earlier you will get cancer.
Pauling died of Prostate cancer at 93. His first wife died of cancer which sent him on the quest for a cure and into his Vitamin C studies. No one can say how long Pauling had prostate cancer and if the Vitamin C prolonged his life-93 is well past the average life expectancy of US males. Just remember that l level teaspoon of salt in a pint of water =0.9% saline, the base for many IV fluids. You can boil this in the microwave. I would put another jar,say a small babyfood jar filled with water in the microwave too, boil both l0 minutes. What ever evaporates from the jar with the salt won't matter, or you can put some from the babyfood jar over into it. When the water is mostly cool, pour a small amount, maybe l/4 cup, of the saline water into the sterilized babyfood jar. Add the amount of C you want, let it dissolve. Now you have sterile IV fluid with C.
