Your governments thrive on creating crisis and endless boogey-men. The American government has made it into an art form. Who would need them if there were none? Bottom line, we're all on our own...Katrina was a case in point. I'm happy to have plenty of CS on hand and the capability of making a lot more but I don't know what others remedy is for the Fools in Charge who are attempting to order the world in their image.
