PPM concentration can only be determined by and AA or spectrophotometer (which
I have).
Your PWT readings and calculations do not take into account the loses due to
the formation of silver oxide on the cathode.
If you check the conductuvuty with your PWT just after making a batch and then
about every 12 hours you will be surprised how much it will change.
Thermal stirring does not do as good a job of distributig the silver ions being
formed as does the mechanical stirring. The measure the effectiveness of your
method go about half way through your process and note the current then turn
off the supply for 10 seconds and note the new reading.
