CS works entirely differently than the immune system.
 It doesn't change or affect the immune sysytem in any way, other than help
reduce the load on it.
 CS has no country of it'e own and does not recognize anything as a foreign
body...it just kills everything that doesn't have friends attached [single
celled stuff]

 In other words, I don't see any problem whatever. 
..and it works really good on cold sores.
