Considering your position, and the possibility of getting charged with giving illegal drugs to your students (Which you are), you might consider energizing the EIS, IE doing a hands on or Reiki on the water. That also can help improve it as well which would not be a bad thing. Anyway, then if the principal asks what it is you simply tell them that it is blessed water (which is will be, jsut not by a Priest), and they probably won't thouch that with a 10 foot pole since that would be mixing religion and school policy.
