Don't know that you need it, but misting keeps me from catching colds
and flus. I am very susceptible to them.
No need to rub it in. .
do i have this right all i need a spray bottle w/ CS? spray it on my
face & rub in after leaving work, stores, etc.. or is there more
involved that what i stated?
