Hi Chad,

It varies by the individual you jsuth have to take it until you get loose 
bowels nad then back off a bit. 

the other altertnative is to buffer it with sodium carbonate (baking soda) and 
then you can take all you want.

recipe is 

1 teaspoon Vit C powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

put in a glass add one inch of water let it fizz. when done fizzing then fill 
glass with water and its ready to drink. gives 4 grams (4000 mg ) of vitamin c 
in the form of sodium ascorbate.
