CS>CS and affect on Bursitis

Will CS help my Bursitis if not what will.
I have the swelling but no pain in my left knee, and in my right  knee I have 
occasional
pain but no swelling. How about using DMSO (which I do have).
I made up some DMSO and 10% CS years ago and it works for small pimples or  
such that 
seem to be infected but not open.
