I originally bought MSM from msm-msm.com and encapsulated it myself. I took 
one 00 capsule twice a day, morning and at night. by the end of second day I 
developed a severe itch on my palms and fingers. Then some sort of rush 
appeared. It was like a goose skin, very small bumps. The only reason why I 
though it 
might be a Herx. these bumps were filled with a clear fluid. and my itch 
stopped when I scratched them, brake the skin and clear the fluid.
