Using colloidal silver regularly as a mouthwash and occasionally 90% CS with about 10% DMSO held in the mouth (hold as long as you can tolerate it, up to 5 minutes, don't swallow) will get rid of gum inflammation and plaque too. The taste of the DMSO is pretty disgusting but it is worth it and you can get used to it. Try not to do it in the morning just before work or a social engagement (Ha ha... ;-))

V,
I'm not featherwon but I've seen this before and am quite interested, as I have receding gums in a couple of areas. Do you use this method and do you have the book? I'm wondering if it is worth reading or if it is basically the same information he gives on the webpage.
