Sure the 3% Not the food grade that would burn you without being diluted..try it once it foams up like mad but I tell you when I go to get my teeth cleaned everyother year there is nothing for the hygenist to clean because I am assuming, and V correct me if I am wrong the h202 stops the plaque build-up, I scrub my tongue with it too...there are many uses for 3% other than just a topical for cut's..hope that helps....debbie
