My dentist said my gums were in bad shape and gave me a prescription for
fluoride. I have been rinsing my mouth for five minutes 4X per day with
CS,DMSO,
Xylitol and MSM for the last two weeks. He said a cause could be dry mouth. I
do sleep with my mouth open and also bought a CPAP on ebay. He said the CPAP
also can cause dryness. I read several statements on this list where fluoride
is
a no no.

My CPAP has a humidifier with a broken heater so I heated 4 ounces of CS/DMSO
on my stove and tried it in the CPAP last night. The CS/DMSO was empty by
morning. Any chance that any CS could evaporate and get into the mist? If not
it
might be holding down mold and counter some of the dryness.

Dentist also found a cavity on an anchor tooth for a 6 tooth fixed bridge. He
said if I have it pulled I would need a removable bridge. He said he needed a
full set of X-rays and a laser treatment for the gum infection for about
$900. I said I am going to Mexico soon and want to price the work there. Last
year
a denture cost around $200 plus the cost for a surgeon to remove the teeth.
Problem is adjustments require a long trip.
