Thanks, Dan
I do use H202, but only very diluted, mostly with CS. Does taste
terrible, and I never do get used to the taste, though I have used it
for years. Mostly these days, I dilute it far more than 1.5%. As time
goes on my tolerance to it actually seems to decrease.
In contrast, brushing with soap doesn't bother me much at all. Using
a plain laundry bar called Zote.

Try adding an equal amount of CS to the H2O2. That should dilute it
50% so it would be 1.5% H2O2. That should be tolerable. Or even
dilute it a bit more to start with. If your gums are in bad shape
there will probably be a bit of feeling for a few days, but they
should get better quickly.
I think it tastes really terrible, but if you do it a couple of times
you can get used to it and tolerate it. I find it is much more
tolerable than even the mildest soap I have tried for brushing.
(Tastes worse at first but there is no lingering soap taste)
