Pineapple is great for digestion if you don't have enough HCL.

Thank you V -- I appreciate that. Actually, I'm a pretty generous
user of salt -- I ignore all the warnings of how salt causes high
blood pressure, and take a lot of flak from my fam and hubby over
that. Also -- I actually have a bottle of *Panzyme-HCL* and didn't
realize that that was Hydrochloride. And I forget to take
it. :-( I did try something that my chiropractor recommended --
taking a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar -- yeccccccccchhhhhhh. I'd
rather have acid reflux!! Thanks again for the info -- I'll do
