V..you don't mean table salt do you...good ole sea salt or their are other types too...but the stuff they sell in the grocery store is not to good for you....deb

Actually, I'm a pretty generous user of salt -- I ignore all the warnings of how salt causes high blood pressure, and take a lot of flak from my fam and hubby over that. Also -- I actually have a bottle of *Panzyme-HCL* and didn't realize that that was Hydrochloride. And I forget to take it. :-( I did try something that my chiropractor recommended -- taking a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar -- yeccccccccchhhhhhh. I'd rather have acid reflux!!
