Sorry Heidi I missed this ...he sells them for 25.00 and then you buy the right water and a cheap little fish pump with a hose and stone filter right in the fish dept. total of maybe 30.00 for everything yes i test mine with a tester I bought for under twenty dollars...it is wonderful to have around you can don anything and everything with it...just keep it out of the sunlight...let me know if I can help you in anyway my dear...deb
