Has she had a blood test for Celiac? Sometimes celiac disease is
mis-diagnosed as crohn's. Celiac is much more serious, I had an
aquaintance who died of liver damage from celiac (waiting for a transplant).
The other thing she needs to know is if she is researching this online,
she will find tons of propaganda and ads and testimonials for soil
organisms in garden of life products, however I found out that at least
one of the soil organisms they in their stuff is a known carcinogen. I
think you can find this info with a google search.

My neighbor recently got diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. She started
working on her diet and taking supplements and was making a lot of
progress in getting relief until recently. She had to go on a trip and
wasn't able to keep up with her routine. Does anyone have any
recommendations for her/ web sites that might have good information?
She had a recent flair-up and is ready to take steroids even though
she really doesn't want to.
Thanks,
Paula
