My neighbor recently got diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. She started working on her diet and taking supplements and was making a lot of progress in getting relief until recently. She had to go on a trip and wasn't able to keep up with her routine. Does anyone have any recommendations for her/ web sites that might have good information? She had a recent flair-up and is ready to take steroids even though she really doesn't want to.
