Well folks, I`m going to try the CMO. I picked out the Duoflex brand, as it 
includes some enzymes and also some glucosamine to help. If it works for me 
I`ll let you know, as well as my local friend who has arthritis badly.
(She is also a new believer in CS thanks to moi...)
