True it could happen, and in fact at some point in time it WILL happen. The hoax is that it will happen this year, or soon, the likelyhood of it happening this year is not much different than any other year, and we have gone for a millinium without it happening, so the likelyhood that it will happen in any certain year is pretty low, unless there are plans to intentionally introduce it.
