Righto. Definately could happen. To me, the real HOAX is
1. That people are being led to believe that Tamiflu is the answer, hoarding
the worhless vaccine, thus driving prices up enabling huge profits to Pharm
companies.
2. That its arrival ~ timeframe is as you state. predictable.
This is also a prediction. Not a matter of "If" but "when"

The hoax is that it will happen this year, or soon, the likelyhood of it
happening this year is not much different than any other year, and we
have gone for a millinium without it happening, so the likelyhood that
it will happen in any certain year is pretty low, unless there are plans
to intentionally introduce it.
