Not a bad idea. I don't have a badminton racket, but I do have a tennis racket! That's MUCH harder -- tennis rackets are heavier, so you can't swing as quickly and you'll tire faster. Pick up a used badminton set at a garage sale or flea market. Sometimes you just find the rackets. I keep one in the house, in the garage, in each of the sheds, two in the horse barn (one at each end) -- I'm never more than a few feet away from a badminton racket at that time of year. Sometimes I swing at the bee and hit something else instead -- that's kind of hard on the racket -- so we always keep our eyes open for replacement rackets. MA Maybe someday they will find a use for those "critters" like they have for another species of bees and wasps. They are training them to find drugs. and explosives. _Click here: Scientists Say Trained Wasps Could Replace Dogs for Sniffing Out Drugs, Bombs and Bodies :: hightimes.com_ (http://www.hightimes.com/ht/news/content.php?bid=858&aid=24)
