Debbie, This is not really a reply to this message.  I will comment, though.  I haven't used organ meats in years since I learned that they were affecting my arthritis to the extent that I could hardly get out of bed in the morning.  I love liver (if cooked properly), tongue, heart. They used to be inexpensive, but now are right up there with other meats, especially tongue which you rarely even see any more. 

   I am wondering, do you still use you other e-mail address?  I think it was one connected with Yahoo.  I have to look it up, but think I have a Yahoo address.  If I would use that or get a new one, we could visit privately that way. 

  Thnk I am having some success with my ab exercise, niacin and garlic oil.  Time will tell.  Cheers, Ruth.
