I don't think so. Here is my line of reasoning.

1. Activated charcoal absorbs compounds, not particles, so the colloidal
part should not be absorbed.
2. Activated charcoal tends to absorb organic compounds, not salts, so
Silver chloride should not be absorbed.
3. If Activated charcoal did absorb chlorine and chlorides, then it would
immediately become saturated with the chlorine in the stomach acid, so
little if any silver chloride could be absorbed.
