Thank you Nancy...I bought mine recently for a really good price ..V posted it and the place was just a couple of miles from me and under thirty dollars I have to buy the metal shield to screw it into to use it I am going to get that done tomorrow that can get really hot...I am glad to hear it works so well mom is having neck trouble as well and son in law has a bad back....thanks again debbie
