Debbie- I was getting a stabbing numb pain in my neck even when turned only slightly and got permanent relief after lying on the couch shining my Infrared heat lamp on it for a couple of hours. I put some cotton cloth between me and the lamp to stop some of the Infrared heat as the Far Infrared is more beneficial. I've used it for lower back pain, heel pain, knee pain, some say it will eliminate tumors.
