My sister was diagnosed with glioblastoma last Sunday, and they operating and removed the tumor last tuesday. The prognosis is very bad, and I was wondering if ANYONE has any knowledge of any protocol which has ever been successful on this.

Although current therapies remain palliative, they have been shown to prolong quality survival. Without therapy, patients with GBMs uniformly die within 3 months. Patients treated with optimal therapy, including surgical resection, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, have a median survival of approximately 1 year.
