If you are taking something with graviola in it, I came across this interesting comment regarding CoQ10 use with graviola.

"One of three documented mechanisms of action of graviola is by decreasing energy to abnormal cells (called an ATP-inhibitor). Taking supplements that increase cellular energy (like CoQ10) will counteract or disable this one mechanism of action of graviola (however, the other two mechanisms of action will be unaffected)."

Mortality/Morbidity: No significant advancements in the treatment of
glioblastoma have occurred in the past 25 years. Although
current therapies remain palliative, they have been shown to prolong quality
survival. Without therapy, patients with GBMs
uniformly die within 3 months. Patients treated with optimal therapy, including
surgical resection, radiation therapy, and
chemotherapy, have a median survival of approximately 1 year. Whether the
prognosis of patients with secondary glioblastoma is better than or similar to
those patients with primary glioblastoma remains controversial.
