If this were true, it would not be good to cook with
CS, which I do all the time. No one in my family ever
takes CS straight. It is always added to food and
drink. Considering that the stomach always contains a
certain level of salts and acids, it doesn’t matter,
IMO, how you take your CS. There is actually no such
thing as an ‘empty stomach’, just less-full.
