Neither does the librarian. I have checked all the information at the top of hotmail's home page. There is nothing there that allows me to turn off html. Don't know what is the solution. Maybe I'lll have to just get the regular e-mail addresses of those I would like to contact, and do so privately, but that eliminates the "give and take" on the eskimo site. If anyone has a solution, please let me know. I hope this e-mail doesn't cause a problem. I am told that the library facilities haave protective software in place for viruses , etc. Ruth S.
Hi Ruth, Don't worry - you are doing fine. If this is of any interest to you, Hotmail may use html, but Yahoo lets you turn it off. I just sent myself an email and it works great.
